Local by default

Recordings remain on your Mac unless you explicitly export or publish them. Core recording, editing, transcription, and local guide generation do not require an AutoEditz account.

On-device transcription

Transcription runs on your Mac, which keeps microphone audio on the device.

Connected accounts

YouTube, Google Drive, and Growth data sources are used only after you explicitly connect them. You can disconnect integrations from Account settings.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your AutoEditz account from Account settings. The Privacy Policy has the details.
